What data we collect. A parent's name and phone number, the child's age and a convenient day to visit. Only if you enter them in the enquiry form. If you leave a review: the name you give, your rating and your text. We publish a review only with your consent.
Why. To contact you and arrange a visit. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it with anyone except those listed below.
Who has access to the data. Besides the center: Denis Velkov, who maintains the website and has access to enquiries and statistics in order to keep it running; Web3Forms, the service that delivers enquiries from the form; Google Ireland Limited, only if you allow Google Analytics; Cloudflare, which hosts the website. They use the data only for these purposes.
How long we keep it. Up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by calling 087 898 7552 (the center) or +359 887 088 557 (Denis Velkov, website maintenance).
Cookies and analytics. The site stores only what is necessary in your browser: your cookie choice, your chosen theme (light or dark) and your best game score. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), which records which pages are visited and how the site is used. We do not use it for advertising. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookies” at the bottom of the page.
Map and fonts. Google Maps loads only after you press “Show the map”. Fonts are part of the site itself and are not loaded from outside servers.
